WSDP is a program dedicated to empowering women with self-defence skills, boosting confidence, and promoting personal safety.
The classes are open to all women interested in learning self-defence, regardless of their physical fitness or experience level.
Each of our Classes covers different aspects but the Self-Defence Classes cover self-defence techniques, situational awareness, and strategies to increase personal safety and confidence.
No prior experience is necessary. Our classes and seminars are designed to be accessible and beneficial for beginners as well as those with some background in self-defence.
Comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, and an open mind to learn and empower yourself.

Classes are geared towards teenagers and adult women, alternatively we run children's self-defence classes. Check out our main website for more information.
Safety is our top priority. All exercises and drills are conducted in a controlled environment with experienced instructors.
