These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases and bookings made through Women's Self-Defence Perth, including public workshops, corporate workshops, digital products and physical books.

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars. GST is included where applicable.
Payment is required at the time of purchase unless alternative arrangements, such as an invoice or purchase order, have been agreed for a corporate or organisational booking.
Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect a purchase or booking that has already been confirmed.
Workshop places are limited and are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
If you can no longer attend, please contact WSDP as soon as possible.
A full refund is available when cancellation is made at least 7 days before the workshop. For cancellations within 7 days, your booking may be transferred to a future available workshop.
If WSDP needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, participants will be offered a transfer to another available date or a refund.
WSDP workshops involve physical activity. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and may choose not to participate in any activity or drill.
Participants should advise the instructor of any injury, physical limitation or other relevant circumstance that may affect their safe participation.
Participation in a WSDP workshop does not guarantee that a participant will be able to prevent or successfully respond to a real-world confrontation or incident.
Corporate and workplace bookings are confirmed once the agreed payment, purchase order or other booking arrangement has been received and accepted by WSDP.
Workshop content, participant numbers, location, duration and pricing will be confirmed with the organisation before delivery.
Cancellation or rescheduling arrangements for corporate bookings may be specified in the quotation, invoice or booking confirmation supplied to the organisation.
WSDP aims to ensure that product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate.
Physical products are shipped within Australia using suitable delivery services. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside WSDP's control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address when ordering.
Digital products are supplied electronically and are intended for the purchaser's personal use unless otherwise stated.
Digital files, books and other downloadable WSDP materials must not be reproduced, distributed, resold or made publicly available without permission from WSDP.
If there is a problem with a physical product you receive, please contact WSDP so that we can arrange an appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Change-of-mind returns for physical products may be accepted within 14 days where the item is unused and in its original condition. Unless otherwise agreed, return postage for a change-of-mind return is the customer's responsibility.
Where an eligible physical edition or bundle includes a WSDP workshop discount code, the code may be used subject to the conditions stated with the offer.
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless WSDP states otherwise.
WSDP handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information provided when making an enquiry, purchase or booking may be used to process the transaction, administer the booking, provide the requested product or service, and communicate with you as described in our Privacy Policy.
The WSDP name, website content, workshop materials, illustrations, written material and Created By Women Tested On Men content remain the intellectual property of their respective owner or rights holder.
They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.
WSDP will provide its products, workshops and services with due care and skill.
To the extent permitted by law, WSDP is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of its website, products or services.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.
WSDP may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will be published on this website.
Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms applying to a completed purchase or confirmed booking unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
