Women's Self-Defence Seminar — Saturday 1 August
Ninety minutes. Fourteen women. Practical skills you keep for life. Mount Lawley/Inglewood, Saturday 1 August.
Some self-defence is built for men, then watered down for women. This is the opposite.
In one focused 90-minute session, you'll learn the things that actually work when it matters: how to read a situation before it becomes one, how to use your voice to set a boundary and hold it, and physical techniques designed for a defender who's smaller and less strong than an attacker — drilled on pads, at your own pace.
You don't need fitness, experience, or any special gear. Most of the room will be first-timers, every physical drill is optional, and you can come alone or bring a friend. We cap the seminar at 14 women so everyone gets real practice time and personal attention — not a crowded hall where you watch from the back.
You'll leave with skills you can use, a take-home reference to keep learning from, and a different sense of how you move through the world.
